I am a highly specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist. I graduated from St George’s, University of London, in 2006 and completed my advanced masters in physiotherapy at King’s College London in 2012.
I started work at The Royal London Hospital and went on to Guy’s and St Thomas’ where I built a wealth of experience in a range of areas and conditions. After six years in the NHS, I moved to work privately at one of London’s top sports medicine clinics. Following this, I moved to Hong Kong and practised there for several years before returning to the UK.
Through these roles, I have treated a wide range of people from the young to the elderly, those with work-related injuries to elite athletes. All have the same aim, to return to full health armed with improved knowledge and self-management. I have a special interest in running injuries, lower limb biomechanics and rehabilitation to a high level.
